Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ATLAS ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

ATLAS is a screen-reading overlay tool designed to analyze trade screens in the game Adopt Me on Roblox. The Software captures and analyzes on-screen content to provide trade value assessments. ATLAS does not modify, inject, or interact with any game files or processes.

3. No Affiliation

ATLAS is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation, Uplift Games, or any of their subsidiaries. "Adopt Me," "Roblox," and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

The Software is provided on an "as-is" basis. While ATLAS strives for accuracy, trade valuations are estimates and may not reflect real-time market conditions. You acknowledge that:

  • Trade verdicts are advisory and should not be your sole basis for trading decisions.
  • Values can fluctuate rapidly due to game updates, events, and community trends.
  • ATLAS bears no responsibility for trades made based on its analysis.

5. Privacy

ATLAS collects trade information and usage analytics to maintain our value database and improve the Software. We do not collect, store, or sell personal data, screenshots, or Roblox credentials. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All ATLAS branding, code, and design are the intellectual property of the ATLAS team. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Software without explicit written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute or resell the Software.
  • Use the Software for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
  • Misrepresent ATLAS as an official Roblox or Adopt Me product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the ATLAS team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, account restrictions, or trading losses.

9. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ATLAS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Software or our Discord community.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue ATLAS or restrict access at any time without notice. You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it from your machine.
