ATLAS ("the Software") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data ATLAS collects, how it is used, and how your information is handled.

2. Data We Collect

To provide accurate trade verdicts and maintain up-to-date valuations, ATLAS collects the following data:

Trade information (identified items, badges, and quantities from each trade)
Trade analysis results and verdict outcomes
Usage analytics (feature usage, session data, error reports)

This data is used for value lookups, maintaining our database of item values, improving accuracy, and enhancing the overall experience.

3. Data We Do Not Collect or Sell

ATLAS does not collect, store, or sell:

Personal information (real name, email, age, location)
Screenshots or screen captures
Roblox passwords, cookies, session tokens, or any other credentials
Private Roblox data (inventory, trades, messages, friends, groups)
Device identifiers or hardware information

The only Roblox-related data we store is the public profile information returned by Roblox's OAuth sign-in — your Roblox user ID, username, display name, and avatar — which is used to link your ATLAS account to your Roblox identity. See Section 5 for full details.

We do not sell, rent, or share any collected data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. How ATLAS Works

ATLAS is an external desktop overlay that uses computer vision (OCR and image recognition) to analyze the pixels rendered on your own screen in real time. It identifies items visible in the Adopt Me trade window and displays their estimated market values. All image processing happens locally on your device — only the identified item names and quantities are sent to our servers for value lookups and verdict generation.

ATLAS is not a cheat, exploit, or game modification. It does not modify the Roblox client, inject code, read Roblox's memory, automate gameplay, or interact with Roblox's servers beyond the standard OAuth sign-in flow described below. It never initiates, accepts, or modifies trades on your behalf.

5. Roblox Account Authentication

ATLAS uses Roblox's official OAuth 2.0 Sign-In to verify your Roblox identity. We never ask for your Roblox password — authentication is handled entirely by Roblox.

Scopes we request:

openid — confirms you are signed in
profile — your public Roblox user ID, username, display name, and avatar

What we use it for:

Linking your ATLAS account to your Roblox identity so your settings and license persist across sessions
Displaying your username and avatar inside the ATLAS overlay

What we explicitly do not do:

Access your inventory, trades, messages, friends, or groups
Initiate, accept, decline, or interact with trades on your behalf
Inject code into Roblox or modify the Roblox client in any way
Sell, rent, or share your Roblox data with third parties

6. Network Requests

ATLAS connects to the internet for the following purposes:

Sending trade data for value lookups and verdict generation
Collecting usage analytics
Receiving updated item valuations and statistics
Checking for software updates on launch

These requests do not include personal data, screenshots, or Roblox credentials. No advertising services are used.

7. Data Retention

Trade data and usage analytics sent to our servers are processed and stored to maintain our database of item values and detect market trends. This data is not linked to any personal identity.

8. Third-Party Services

ATLAS does not integrate with any third-party advertising or tracking services. The Software does not contain ads.

9. Children's Privacy

ATLAS is designed to be used by players of Adopt Me on Roblox, which may include users under the age of 13. ATLAS does not collect any personal data that could identify a child. The trade data and usage analytics processed by our servers contain only game-related information and are not linked to any personal identity. Parents and guardians can contact us with any concerns.

10. Website

The ATLAS website (teamatlas.net) is a static site hosted on Cloudflare. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be collected by Cloudflare as part of their CDN infrastructure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of ATLAS after changes constitutes acceptance.
